By the numbers, I have Time Warner Cable and Roadrunner. I had DIsh and I have used DSL..

Personally, I would never go back to satellite and I can't get DSL where I live. So, my RR bursts download speeds at 11 instead of the 3 and it costs me about $35 a month. As far as cable, we pay about $80 for cable channels, HBO, and 2 DVR's. We still get basic cable on the other tv's.

IMO cable>satellite... mostly because of the on demand features that are available on cable that satellite can not provide..

also cable internet>DSL because you get higher bandwidth with cable as compared to DSL..

i do in comparison to community channels plenty different than for perhaps PBS. I many times watch cable: comic strip community(grownup Swim), Comedy central, TNT/AMC for video clips, WGN, TLC, Discovery, Animal Planet, and the background Channel. i like the tutor Scrubs plenty. So i'm going to song in to despite channel is exhibiting it. do no longer function procuring HBO, Showtime, or any of the others. They fee too plenty for prolonged undemanding as that's.

It really depends on what your needs are for internet.

Satellite internet is the most expensive of the high speed internet services so DSL service like Verizon or AT&T are better and much cheaper: http://www.sathookup.com/verizon.php

Cable TV and Internet bundles may work for you: http://www.sathookup.com/charter-cable.php

if available where you are located.
