in the 513 area, the number belongs to a tax help company.
if your number requires a valid caller id before your phone rings (anonymous call reject) the caller can just bounce the 7 seven times and it fakes out the reject circuit.

Get a No Cost Phone Number Scan at FREEPEOPLESCAN.COM Its a good way to start. The place lets you to do a no cost phone scan simply to find out if any telephone data is there. This basic alalysis is done without cost. For a full detailed report its a modest payment. Here's Reverse / Whose Number Lookup page. If you're talking about cell phones, you usually have to pay for that. I've had pretty good luck just using Google a phone number to find out who's calling. If you are researching a quantity of numbers, though, I suppose, you might want a service. I can't imagine why the average person would need to research a quantity of numbers, though, so I assume this is business-related, and it then seems only fair that you pay for a service. But maybe it's not.

It appears that someone was calling you from the call function of Yahoo messenger. Reference:

Most of these odd numbers that appear on caller ID are a computer calling you - ie, a computer doing the dialing, such as Yahoo Mssngr, Skype, etc.
If you get another odd one just put the no. straight into Google and hit "search"

I'm guessing it is.
I once called 555-5555.. And some old Spanish lady picked up. So it probably is a real number, that's just really rare. Or it could be a sales call that chose that number for some publicity or something.

Did you check your cell and that is what it said? Weird? It may be a telemarketer or someone who has a block on their line. You can get a block that works like that. Callers cannot get through to lines that have an Anonymous Call Block on it. I have one. So now I get these calls with bogus caller ids on them.
Here's what you do. Register your cell phone for your state Do Not Call Registry.
