LG LSI 110? Is that a PC? A router? A switch? A coffee machine?

Your question is vague and does not contain enough information for someone to give you a proper answer.

Ok you got to be little clear here; you didnt mention you try to switch of the telephone's LCD lite on/off or your rooms lite.

But assuming it is latter,i.e, your home lighting. Your electrical connection is faulty or if it is a single lite bulb which is the culprit since you didnot mention in your q? Whichever be the case so the electrical disturbance which causes this error. It breaks your RF signal of the telephone. So the specific culprit is difficult to access till you give more details it could be bad insulation used or simply some short wiring or even a singular equipment or lack of earthing and I can think of many more reasons. Hope you got my redundant gibberish.
