I saw one at Target a while back, and I'm sure they still carry phones with large buttons and a caller display. If you can't find a phone in the stores, try shopping online ae eBay or Overstock.com.

The new Motorola Razr has a good size screen and bigger buttons. Find who sells this (Vorizen, Alltel etc...) and see if it is what you are looking for.

No. But you CAN get a different product designed to help people in that situation - it's called "glasses". They also offer glasses in a smaller form, called "contacts". You should try them, they're terrific.
