i would really consider getting a better carrier than Pretty Crappy Service...
you can not claim that price is keeping you there, because ALL of the prepaid companies prices are competitive with them...
you can not claim their coverage is keeping you there, because they have the worst coverage of ANY provider..
the only thing they have going for them is
1. Wireless CNAM
2. allegedly they have an LTE network

check out devices from google play store. They have the Nexus 4 by LG unlocked for 299$
