If someone called a land line and used the star 67 thing to become annoymous, then can the land line owner still track the number of the person who called them? Do the companies keep track of the numbers that are called from one place to another?

Most areas offer call trace for a fee. In our area you dial *57 after the call. It will not give you the information, it will provide it to the telephone company and law enforcement. Hope that helps some. You could activate Anonymous Call Rejection by dialing *77 from your phone to prevent blocked calls in the future,

I don't know for sure if there are any other ways but...
If you get three or more prank calls and you think they may be from the same person you can call the police (call the non-emergency line not 911) and they can investigate and track the calls somehow...
Hope that helps
