Is anyone else getting strange calls?

I use a VOIP service for my home phone. Ive been getting some odd calls at around 6 to 6:30. The first was an automated voice of a man from a wireless number claiming to be a survey company wanting to know if I had a small dog. The next was from an impossible number (1-555-000-000) that either hung up when I answered or, when my wife answered, a young woman asked for Michelle.

Am I being screwed with?
Is this happening to anyone else?
