This girl I'm talking to... all of a sudden had all her phone calls forwarded to her ex. She told me this happened, and I've actually expeirnced it myself. Is it possable to take someones phone number, "hijack" it, and have all calls forwarded to another number?

it is possible...

first if the person who wants to forward the calls of another persons line has access to there phone, they can easily just activate call forward on there line...

if they do not have physical access to the phone line inside the home, then, if possible they can gain access with a lineman's phone, or "beige box" and connect to the dial tone outside to forward the calls from that location..

the third way involves calling the phone company, and using some social engineering to convince the service rep to forward the calls.. .

Sounds strange. But If someone from the Phone Service Provider Company is involved in the mischief ; it might happen .
